What is a Civic Swap?
A Civic Swap is the defined exchange inside a Civic Signal Partnership. Each side agrees to a meaningful way of introducing its community to the other’s work. The exchange may include an on-air acknowledgment, newsletter introduction, Substack recommendation, website placement, podcast mention, member email, or social campaign.
Does sponsorship influence Barking Justice reporting?
No. Sponsorship supports the signal. It does not purchase coverage, determine conclusions, select guests, shape music, or control editorial priorities.
Does a Civic Signal Partner need a large audience?
No. We consider mission fit, public value, audience relevance, and whether each side can make a specific and meaningful commitment. Audience size alone does not determine acceptance.
